Paddy Procurement

The process begins with the careful procurement of paddy from trusted and certified farmers. We ensure that only high-quality, mature paddy is selected—free from damage, over-moisture, or impurities—laying the foundation for superior rice.

Paddy Cleaning

The procured paddy undergoes a thorough cleaning process where foreign materials like stones, dust, and straw are removed using high-tech machinery. This ensures the protection of our equipment and the quality of the rice.

Polishing & Whitening

Brown rice is then polished using Satake and Bühler machinery, which delicately remove the bran layers to deliver rice with a smooth, bright appearance while preserving its nutritional value.

Color Sorting (Sortex)

Our advanced SORTEX machines detect and eliminate discolored, immature, or damaged grains—ensuring only premium-quality rice is packed under the Noor-e-Jannat label.

Grading & Length Sorting

Rice is sorted and graded based on size and uniformity. Broken grains are separated from whole ones to maintain a consistent, premium-grade final product.

Quality Testing

We conduct rigorous quality checks in our KETT-equipped laboratory. Parameters such as moisture, polish, whiteness, and purity are monitored to guarantee the highest standards.

Packaging

The final step involves fully automated, hygienic packaging that ensures the rice retains its freshness and quality—ready to reach homes and hearts across the nation.
