
Classic Rice Kheer
(Noor-E-Jannat Rice ki Kheer)

Ingredients:
1/4 cup basmati rice
1 litre full-cream milk
3–4 tbsp sugar (as per taste)
4–5 chopped almonds & cashews
6–8 raisins
2 green cardamoms (crushed)
1 tsp ghee (optional)
Method:
Wash and soak rice for 20 minutes.
Boil milk in a heavy-bottom pan.
Add soaked rice and cook on low flame
Stir occasionally until rice becomes soft and milk thickens.
Add sugar, dry fruits, and cardamom.
Cook for another 5–7 minutes.
Serve hot or chilled.
